Mumbai is a city that never sleeps and there are only two states of people in the city, either they are on the road and otherwise. In the daytime there are many an ugly faces of Mumbai bu tthe city looks beautiful at night as the darkness covers all the dirt and grime and the entire city is lit up by sodium lights. The flyovers shine like never before and vehicles run almost at light speed as there will be no tomorrow. Everyone is in a hurry to get off the road and go to the other state, off the road state in Mumbai.

For the uninititated white lines means incoming traffic and ref lines mean outbound traffic on Western Expressway, the lifeline of western suburbs of Mumbai viz. Bandra, Andheri, Malad and beyond. Eastern Expressway is not being done up for smooth flow of traffic with flyovers; as of now it is all DUG UP!!
